      <description>The CARICOM eGovernment Strategy has been created to significantly improve the performance of government to meet the evolving needs of Caribbean people in global transformation. A strategic approach is outlined. It clearly and comprehensively sets a path for achieving the Vision by focusing on two major goals in the delivery of seven strategic initiatives over the period. Additionally, an implementation framework for sustainable implementation of the strategy is identified. Also, the Strategy seeks to enable all of the stakeholders in the Caribbean ICT and eGovernment ecosystem to engage in a synergistic approach to the improvement of Government and the transformation of public service delivery in the Caribbean.</description>

      <title>Implementation for the Regime for the Free Movement of CARICOM Nationals</title>
      <description>CARICOM Heads of Government have agreed to ten (10) categories of workers that qualify for free movement. These include: University Graduates, Media Workers, Sportspersons, Artistes, Musicians, Professional Nurses, Qualified Teachers, Artisans with a Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ), Holders of Associate Degrees or equivalent qualifications such as two CAPE or "A" Level subjects and National Technician Certificates and Household Domestics with a Caribbean Vocational Qualifications (CVQ) or equivalent qualification. However, member states have not achieved full legislative compliance for all approved categories of Community Nationals.</description>
